Please fill out the information below to submit your appointment request and check out the Booking Policies page to answer any other booking questions you may have.

Generally, after the appointment request form is submitted, the artist will reply as soon as they can to schedule an in person consultation to discuss your idea more and for you to drop off a CASH ONLY deposit. An appointment request form does not guarantee a tattoo appointment.

Please give it anywhere from 1-3 weeks to expect for a response.
